When a user sends a message it will appear in the pending chat list, but since an hour ago whenever I click on the pending chat to either open it or send a form back to user -> the entire site goes offline for a while! I click on the pending chat-name and it goes offline immediately! On all browsers, about the same amount of time it takes to recover and it reconnects...
I don't know, but I was just busy unbranding LHC but I don't know if I did something wrong or that it's just a bug.
Please help me out or point me in the right direction... Thank you!

Are you on a shared server?
Are you using the self-hosting solution or are you using the hosted solution?
How much RAM and CPU your server have?
What is the LHC version and the PHP version?
Waiting to have more info about the issue reported by you.
Thanks

Thank you for replying and such a great product!
Here is the info you asked for:

As a beginner I'm not familiar with all terminology so to be sure I will describe what I know:
- I'm hosting LHC on a webhosting called Versio.nl, but I'm not sure if it's shared. You can read more about my hosting here
- It's not a VPS so no CPU or RAM, I have 556MB SSD Disk Space left after LHC installation and 20GB Bandwith
- I'm not using any hosting from LHC if that's what you meant, I downloaded LHC via the DirectAdmin plugin from Softaculous.
What is the LHC version and the PHP version?
LHC Version 2.91
PHP Version 5.5.38
Thank you !

Hi,
PHP must be minimum 5.6 as 5.5 is deprecated and old.
Please be advised last PHP version is version 7.2.
This seems to be a shared hosted so this is maybe why you have issue.
Maybe also Terms and conditions of some shared hosting forbidden use of script like a live chat system who can require dedicated resources.
You can ask more info to your hosting provider.
I suggest, if you are on a shared hosting and having issue with the self hosted version, you can use the hosted version:
