I want to know how I can activate my survey that I have done when a client ends a chat and that automatically with this survey I have created?

Hi sco,
you have to select the survey when you generate the Embed code for widget.

You have to go on settings, Embed code and select the survey.
If you do not have created the survey you can create one from the settings, live helper config. tab, survey.
