It is impossible to install the Telegram.

Hi
It is impossible to install the Telegram. What to do?

1 Activate extension in settings/settings.ini.php file

2 Install composer

vendor

3 Clean cache
4 Execute doc/install.sql

In Modules telegram not visible

Extensions array has to look like
'extensions' =>
      array (
'gcm',
'lhctelegram'
      ),
