Continuous refreshing chat in another subdomain.

Hello there,
Thank you for livehelperchat. Very satisfied with it.
Lately my live chat is not working in my other subdomains. It keeps refreshing.
But works in the subdomain where it is installed.
Have been using it in my previous host for 2 years without any issues.
Also after transferring to my new host there was no problem for 2 weeks.

There is no timely help from my new saas provider runcloud.io . I am using a cloud server now.

it is a cloud server panel but its almost like cpanel. At one point they did help me fix a bug. And it started working but during transfer to another server we used a backup and deleted original server. Unfortunately the back up was made before the bug fix. Now no response from cloud panel providers so i guess have to do it myself.
