Comparing current database structure, please wait...

I want to upgrade my version 2.71 to 2.91. But the system stops in "Comparing current database structure, please wait..." forever

Can someone help me?

the better way is to keep the software updated.

You can find update procedure from an old version here:

if the issue persist i suggest to do a new install and keep the software always updated

After hours trying... I found the solution, I am using customtheme, but i didin't copy the design/defaulttheme/tpl/lhsystem to design/customtheme/tpl/lhsystem
