How can i accept chat IMMEDIATELY, NO WAITED???

Hello everyone, I have used live helper chat for one year. When someone visits my site and send their question, normally i need at least 3-4 seconds to accept chat. However, i see that the other can accept chat immediately.

For example, when visitor request at 16:42:20, systerm assistant has accepted the chat at 16:42:20. Even there isn't the Waited part in the chat information.

Do you know the way how i can accept chat automatically? I don't know what that function is?
Can you help me, please?

welcome on the live helper chat forum.

Chat duration is not the waiting time but the chat duration and is showed only at the end of the chat or during the chat.
Are you using a self-hosted solution or hosted solution?

In your operator profile you can set to accept automatically chat assigned to you. You should have permission for do that.
I never used / tried this.
