for chat section.. when support is not online the client sents a message it goes as an offline message but when support replies to that message I don't think client is getting it.
I want when chat support guy replies to offline message that should show to client any idea on how this can be done

how the operator reply to the offline message?
You do not have to reply on the chat window but use SMTP or send an email.
You need have configured SMTP on your live chat installation settings than use the email icon on the offline message for reply to the user.
