Hello
I have a big problem with my website host.
Database server
- Server type: MySQL
- Server version: 5.1.68-community-log - MySQL Community Server (GPL)
- Server charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
Web Server
- Database client version: libmysql - 5.1.73
- PHP extension: mysqli
- PHP version is 5.6
Also Server connection collation does not support utf8mb4. So impossible to make an install.
I use git clone livehelperchat to dowload the chat sofware.
On my localhost everything work fine because I have all requirements.
So I replace all utf8mb4 by utf8 in the install php file and use FTP to send all files on my Hosting server. After install on my server when I login this is what I get on dashboard.
No chat list. all is empty.
Also the chat widget never appear on client page.
SO please help

Hello,
I think the problem is the utf8mb4 charset. My website host must upgrade Mysql to version 5.5 to have utf8mb4 in charset. So the owner can confirm it.
Thanks

Sorry, seems the chat owner is busy at the moment. Probably the issue can be related to the missed support on the server.
If you are able to solve keep us updated.
