Page embed code and pro active invitations

Hey,

I can't make the pro active invitations working with the page embedded code, simply nothing happens; the same pro active configuration works okay with the widget code.
Is this known undocumented (I haven't found any helpful information related to this) limitation or is it a bug? `Page embed code` offers less configuration options so it seems like it's just more limited.
Anyway, let me know if it's worth reporting this on Github.

LHC version 2.87.

pro active is supported only for widget not for embed page also because how an embed page can send pro active? 

Is better use widget if you need pro active invitation.

Hi PeopleInside, thanks for the answer!

Well, I just want a support chat to be embedded on a page instead of floating widget and I'd like this chat to be started with an agent/operator message right after the page is loaded. So I don't want to have name and question form to be displayed.

because how an embed page can send pro active?

Normally, just start the conversation. I don't see any reason why it can't work with the embedded code.
Are there some underlying system limitations?

You can try to request feature on GitHub, currently is not possible have pro active on Embed page
