i just installed the livehelp from softaculous and when someone opens a livechat it redirects to 500 error and doesnt update the placeholders with the correct info in the url

No there isnt any error logs and im running on 7.2 want me to downgrade?

Nope, And it also timed me out of the admin console but it was also doing that with 7.2

Seems some php extension are missing in your php.
