Getting Invalid access token

The Live helper chat was running fine till last 2 days, but all of a sudden we are getting "invalid access token" when we click and open the customer chat from the admin panel. The process was:
1.Customer initiated the chat.
2. As an Admin, i can see a new customer chat.
3. Clicked on that customer chat, a chat tab is opened with invalid access token.

Does anyone help me how to get this resolved.

Your LHC version is old, please update to the last one 2.88    many improvements has been done.
Before update make a full folder and database backup so if something is wrong you can go back.

Hope this can help.
Also check to have not enabled "Use session captcha. LHC have to be installed on the same domain or subdomain."
on settings >> live help configuration (tab) >> chat configuration >> Misc >>
