Problem after upgrade from 2.5 to newest version

Hi

I just perfomed an upgrade as usual.
Now I just get a blank page when going to one of the pages.
When using Chrome I get this on /lhc_web/index.php/site_admin

To me it looks like something missing in the database. Can I upgrade the database without access the website?

sorry I don't know. Can be an issue in the database, i am not a programmer.

Do you have a backup of the previous LHC?
You should always made a backup of folder and database before upgrade.

From what version to what version are you upgrading?
What steps did you follow? I updated without any issue.

Let me know if you are able to solve this, I can ask a suggestion from the chat owner but the reply will not arrive soon.

Hi

The database is not upgraded as I have not been able to do that, so I guess I can just copy the old files back.
The old version was 2.5
I have followed the procedure her:

and downloaded the lastest version.
I have done this a number of times before.

Before upgrade please remember to do always a full backup of folder and database, this will ensure you to be able to restore if something went wrong.
This procedure are not only suggested for LHC but for all web apps before be upgraded.

If you are safe you can try to put file back.
You can try to upgrade database before upload new files and after done check again in the update page for see if there are other database upgrade to do.
