Tag (archived) chat
I'm looking for a way to tag chats.
At our company we'd like to get a feel for which questions are asked the most, to show us what pages of our site can use clarification. If we could tag chats (with one or more tags per chat) and get an overview of most used tags and reread chats with such a tag we think we could really improve our service.
Is there such a feature?
