faq module load html

is it possible to have the faq module load html? I would like to make a knowledge base in more detail. placing images for example.

Hi marcipriano,
I cannot understand well what you mean.

If you mean have an HTML editor with image etc you can create a FAQ page but not with live helper chat.
At the moment FAQ module is only for question and answer in text form.

the intention would be to make a knowledge base. Where to use the system. where I believe that if you put an html editor in the faq module would solve. I tried to use a faq page but it also does not load the html included in the answer. As you can see in the image I attached.

OK. thanks for the attention ... I'm thinking of making a knowledge base module or maybe just extend the faq module itself ... the problem is just the time

I made an extension that overrides the faq module. in it I add an html_entity_decode function that loads the html code from the Answer field. I also add the summernote editor in the admin reply textarea.

I'm trying to upload the image in summernote. at the moment it just saves the binary in html and this generates error depending on the size of the image. I found an upload class but I have to create a route to upload the image. know in which file I should create the faq module route and in which class do I add an upload function?
