Hello everyone, I just downloaded and installed this chat. Maybe this has been asked and answered but I been looking around for hours. Is there a way that when someone visits my site, that the chat will pop up and ask them to chat online? And can this be done using both desktop and mobile?

Is there a function to when someone arrives to my site that it will notify who ever is log in that there's a visitor on the site.
If yes how do I set it up and can we trigger and invite chat like Hello my name is José how can I help you Today?

thank you for your question on the live helper chat forum.
If you take a look at the below page you should find how to set the pro active chat for show an invite to chat to visitors:
Ultimate tutorial for pro active chat installation and chat install
let me know if you have doubt.
I always suggest to use only the web interface for manage chats and operator because the client for desktop can have more bugs, be incomplete and not updated.
There are no official application for mobile but of curse you can navigate into the web interface also from mobile, you can set email notification on new chats etc.
You can also be alerted if a visitor come into your website.
Once you are on visitor page you can set audio and visual alert:

Thank You and sorry for the double post. I noticed I put it in the wrong section.
I followed your guide to the T, but it still not pushing the proactive chat function and it doesn't tell me when some one lands on our webpage
here is our site maybe mine is just catch

From your message I do not understand steps followed by you and why is not work.

You are using a free software on a commercial website,
if you need custom support for setup and other things you can refer to the commercial support.
