Live help widget - Validate required fields

Hello,
i'd like to have the result of image #1 instead of image #2 in live help widget when required fields are not filled out.

How can i achieve this?

I want too ... but seem with the last version is not possible.

I think was better before but HTML 5 seems changed something.
I think this will be not fixed as from what I can remember developer say is not possible...

I was looking other sites widgets so i thought something was missing in my configuration.
By the way, do you know what is the last version that have the behavior i want?

No and I really not suggest to downgrade. You will have security issue on use old software.
Also if maybe live helper chat is not affected it's a really bad idea use old software you compromise the full server security.
