Proactive chat and Auto Responder
Hello,
The module does not work properly if an Auto Responder is added into the proactive chat. the writings of your visitor are disappearing.
If you choose to go to the survey after a certain period of time in the automated responder, you'll see "You have been redirected to survey!" but it does not lead to a survey. If the operator leads the survey, it works fine.
Is it a software problem?
