Leave a message add more fields
Goodmorning,
I was wondering if it is possible to add 'name' , 'telephonenumber' and 'message' fields to the fomr that user can fill in when there is no online operator.
It now only asks for an email addres.

Just edit form start chat fields in back office. There is option to setup what fields should be visible in offline form.
