Hi all,
i have a problem starting a LHC chat session over a non-standard port.
The reason for this setup is that i need both PHP7 and PHP5.6, so there are 2 Apache instances, and the one serving LHC is running on ports http=81 and https=444.
When accessing the site, i correctly get the operator online/offline indication, but when a visitor wants to start a chat session he gets the loading circle indicator while the console shows a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" message. The server log contains the following line, pointing to the https-standard port:
[Wed Dec 27 00:56:22.734529 2017] [ssl:debug] [pid 22920] ssl_engine_kernel.c(354): [client xyz.231.37.228:41567] AH02034: Subsequent (No.5) HTTPS request received for child 9 (server support.example.com:443), referer: https://support.example.com:444/lhc_web … ite_admin/
Operators can send a message to the visitor, but he cannot answer.. i have searched where the wrong standard port might come from, without luck.
Anybody knows a solution to this scenario?

Hi H.Lunke,
the error "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" is a server error not LHC.
I am unable to help based on this info, hope you can resolve soon.
