Chat is closed

When I visit my website, I saw that the chat is closed and I am worried why visitors are not initiating chat with me.

Is this something which I need to do with this chat tool?

Your chat seem are working fine.
If you started a chat than closed or deleted you will see this message, close this chat alert and the message should be gone.
If you want test how visitor will see the chat use an incognito window on your browser.
