No support response and hosted instances get deleted
You have a great product, which have paid for, but as we have never received a response from your support despite attempts over an extended period of time, we are not keen on continuing our subscription. Despite that we do not want to lose our instance either -- this is counterproductive for you as we will certainly not renew if you delete our account data! Please do not delete old accounts, and start responding to customer support messages.
