Active Chats (Dashboard)
Hi,
In the dashboard, there is a section called "Active Chats". Even after the user has closed the chat, the chat will sometimes remain in that section. Is there a way to close all the "active" chats?

Hi Techmandan,
when a chat is active you should have in the Dashboard or you can open from list of chat and use the relative close chat button.
There is no a massive close chat function.
