Can't export chat list or surveys

On the chat list, it gives me the option to export by department or user and by dated. No matter how I used the search, if it has a lot in the list, or just a few in the list, it won't export the list.

What is the reason that I get a blank page with I press XLS or XLS (with content)?

Also, there is no option to export the surveys. Is there a way to do that?

this seems just an issue on your server configuration. You can look at error log or you  can try to activate debug

Also, there is no option to export the surveys. Is there a way to do that?

At the moment you can only choose to print survey, maybe with PDF printer when you are in the survey page.
