Rounting Chats to departments

We have 5 websites. Each one is defined as a department. Is there a way to get an operator/customer to chose what department they want to go to? Example.

Website "A" is automatically "department A". When a operator/customer start a chat, is there a way the customer can choose to go to Sales or Support?

I have tried to find it in the help sections but it doesn't seem like the departments can be used in that matter and the groups are more for accessibility not for customer directions.

Hi Techmandan,
when you have more department and generate an Embed code you can select to have more department so in the widget and pop up will be a drop down menu for let choose the department to the visitor.
