I'm getting a cron notification, what's wrong?

php http://www.xxxxx.com.br/chat/cron.php -s site_admin -c cron/workflow

Returning Email:

Status: 404 Not Found
Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8

No input file specified.

Do you made a cron?
Live helper chat doesn't create any cron.

I created it inside the panel of my hosting cPanel.

Do you try to load the URL in the browser?
Seems will give 404 not found.

Hi,
I AM sorry, I cannot help with this error.

Maybe you do not have to access to the cron by the browser, check if the cron are doing is job.
