close all pending chats
is there any way to massively close all pending chats?

At the moment what you are asking is not supported and is not suggested to add because a wrong click on a button function can made many chat to be missed.

Sorry, maybe you can list and delete (not close) pending chat by going on List Chat than select pending chat.
You need have permission to do this (admin)

yes, i can delete but i dont want to delete lol, thanks for adding a feature, it would be helpfull
and thanks for the settings link to close chat after n minutes.. that will def help

mmm changing that setting does not seem to be working; I;ve set
"Automatic chats closing. 0 - disabled, n > 0 time in minutes before chat is automatically closed" to 120
so i see 3h pending chats -- screenshot --> https://puu.sh/yBvxI/2aca9fcb87.png
should not be closing those chats when 2h is hit?
what am i missing?

You have to have running cronjob for chat's being closed automatically or just go to
"/site_admin/chat/maintenance" and click automatic chat close. It will execute same command
