How to use auto login and auto create a user

I am new to live helper chat. I am going to implement two things:

- a hyperlink for auto login, without input the username and password again.
- Auto logins user from this hyperlink if it exists . If not , auto creates an operator account and logins it

If i use autologin , how to auto create account with auto login if the account is not exists?
