Getting error on SugarCRM configuration

Hi,

I am getting error as DTD are not supported by SOAP if I change SugarCRM instance URL.

Kindly suggest what is cause of this.

I am getting this issue in live helper chat sugarcrm plugin only.

For me it sounds like Sugar CRM issue or server where Sugar CRM is hosted. Just search for this error in google.
