Problem with live helper chat on plesk 9 window hosting

i have install succesfull live helper chat !

but i have many problem
first if i user urlrewriter asp.net 40 ..  live chat widget embed code not show ( anyone know how to fix this how use live chat in asp.net 4.0 )

if i disable urlrewriter in webconfig and if show normal

after that have one problem

i user enter name and start a chat ! loading image show and continued loadong forever ....

Debug debug and one more time debug. All issue is related to your server not LHC itself.

Thank you ! i follow your instruction use chorme debug !
 
after that i click start chat error like this
