wont install

Hi

Im trying to get this to install , all options within the first page show green, i enter details for database , it then forwards me to page 2 i enter admin details and then returns me back to page 1 the area where all green itemes are.

ive checked database and no tables have been added, help please im not novice when it comes to php and database .
