Operator to Operator Chat

Hello,

First let me say that this is a great software.

The one thing I can't figure out is how to enable Operator to Operator Chat.

I am trying to follow this documentation
http://livehelperchat.com/operator-to-operator-chat-150a.html

But I don't see "List Line Operators"  anywhere under Chat Configuration.
My version is 1.94

Hi,
It's a little bit outdated document. At the moment it can be found at
Chat configuration" => "Misc" => "List online operators"
