How to open Proactive in mobile
Hello, this is my second question, since the last one was really helpful so i'm back 
. Okay i tried opening the chat from browser and mobile. Works fine on browser but not on mobile.

you have no provided details.
What is the URL? What is not visible, the widget?
Maybe your mobile theme needs to have also Embed chat code?
Without a link and more details is very difficoult help you.

I can see the live chat is on top on mobile theme.
Is working as expected.
If you like to have the status widget on the right bottom you need replace your Embed code with a new one.
When generate Embed code remember to check this option "Disable responsive layout for status widget."
(you have to have this option checked)

Yeah but it is not opening Proactively on mobile. It works fine and opens proactive on web browser. This is the actual problem

There are BUG opened about that. Sorry.
At the moment I cannot do more 
As the report created on GitHub is without details and incomplete you can subscrive and post a more detailed post.
For solve issue need to have more information possibile to reproduce.
