Hello,
I've noticed that when u open new chat in demo version your current account is automatically assigned as an owner and operator of the chat. Somehow its not working like this on my website. Operator field is always empty and chat ownership changes always depending on which account u are logged in. Any idea what could be the cause?

You need assign some operators to that department.
You need check in the operator profile if someone is assigned to that department.

Also there was a bug for a few days in official branch. Please try to update and it should be working now

I've the newest version, also I only have admin accounts with assigned departments set to "all".
Still even after I finish conversation and close chat operator won't assign.
It only works in one case, if I use desktop app and accept chat from there.

Hi hayneken,
I upgraded LHC today to 2.76 and tested what you are reporting.
IF you do not accept the chat chat will be not assigned to any operator.
Once you have accepted you will see assigned operator in chat list only when the chat has been closed.
Please test the same,
if the issue persist please download last LHC again maybe a fix has been made,
just follow standard upgrading procedure: https://livehelperchat.com/article/view/63

Okay, thanks for your answers. Even that I had lastest version, I've downloaded it again and did update process. Seems like it fixed my issue. Thank you for help

Well, the dev should release a new version with the fix. Not all people are active in the forum. Updating again now.
