Chatterbot

After a long struggle , i managed to install Chatterbot and appears on my dashboard - I can add Questions and Answers but It does not appear when i testing a Live Chat ...What is the connection now to make it appear in Live Chat?

I understand abou commercial and i will really appreciate an answer like old days ....without Commercial line ...its been a long journey and i am almost there ....Please ...Please help ...

I also get Error 500 on this page /site_admin/elasticsearchbot/list/(hidden)/0
