Integrate with itop

Hi. I am trying to integrate itop with the live helper but i did not understand how i could generate an extension in order to do this. Another question of mine and it would be possible for me to superimpose or add some icon on the administrador's tab in order to integrate the chat with a new ticket in itop.  Grateful.

I cannot give support for itop, you can generate embed code and put into application where you want implement, do not know if itop have some html or footer space for put code.

Is also explained how override template if you want do this.
