Help! New Installation

Hi - I am excited to get LHC working, but have had some problems:

    - tried 3 clean installations
    - PHP 5.6, MySQL 5.6, PDO, etc.
    - installed through Softaculous - Centos/Cpanel midsize VPS
    - no issues with other software

    - installs, login, get widget code
    - place in Wordpress site - works perfectly
    - detects operator online opens chat
    - appears on operator sesssion - but no notification
    - first message appears
    - operator can send messages
    - client types them in - go nowhere
    - pop up windows are blank

- No errors in any error log.  Debug shows some file not found

- read docs + many threads - no luck...

Any clues?

Note widget is on https://example.com    App is at https://chat.example.com

welcome in the live helper chat forum, thank you for your first message!

Strange to read that ... you installed by Softacolous and you have PHP 5.6 and issues.
Maybe if you can share the chat URL and where the chat widget is I can check better.

For now from what you old I have no idea where the issue can be,
maybe some .htaccess file who cause issue?

I may have the answer - in error_log I do see fatal warnings about mbstring missing. 

I will try to enable it and try again!!!

Enabled mbstring  (using easyapache) - and it works!
