co-browsing issue

Hi

Im trying this feature and I the screen share works (testing with chrome and firefox) but, when the operator click on any link the chat termiates (it says, customer left the chat) is there a setting that I'm missing? is there any way to make the chat persistant?

any ideas would be appreciated

Re: co-browsing issue

ok thanks I understand

but this is not only happening for co-browsing. I just tested with normal chat. example

visitor opens a chat
operator accept the chat
chat is flowing
visitor change to a new page by clicking a link in the site. chat ends

thats a inssue sad ... is there anyway to keep the chat open even if the customer click in any link?
