new chat pending, dont open it in new window
Hi,
I would like, how can we open the chat pending in the same window ? Not in a popup window ?

thank you for your question.
You can open the chat in the operator window by clicking on the name of the visitor instead of the pop icon.

You cannot disable. You can decide to click on visitor name on the right for open in the same window.
