Livehelperchat widget not showing up

Live helper chat is working on a lot of sites except this one:

I can see that the script is in the source, but only the widget is not showing up.

What am I doing wrong on this site ?

thank you for your message.

You chat seems to be located at [URL hidden for privacy] and this website has wrong certificate configuration.
I AM unable to open that link, this is why your Embed code are not working.

You cannot have a non HTTPS chat in a website who use HTTPS,
so you need add certificate to the chat domain or use only on non HTTPS websites.
