Is there a solution to some like [External URL Removed by PeopleInside] ?

It was a proactive chat... i replyed but it was a 6 AM, there was no operator there....

and there was a box give Samuel and the team a way to reach you....

Get notified by email or by SMS / PHONE

If the user posted this, it's better to mail the transcript to a email adres ?

I Think this is a great addon for livehelperchat ?

Is there someone here who can make a addon / snippet / script for this ?

You can redirect the visitor to the contact form after sometimes if there are no replies,
it's all in the documentation:
How to redirect user to contact form if chat is not accepted for some time?

It's not quite the same, becausse when you look at the image:

You can see that the contact form is inside the chat window, and the user can chat further.

Is there a solution to get this ?
