I am get a error after active the cloud front in amazon extruture

Hello, recently i migrate my infrastructure to the amazon. yesterday when I tried to active the cloud front (the cdn) I start to get this error "Your request was not processed as expected - but don't worry it was not your fault. Please re-submit your request. If you experience the same issue you will need to contact us via other means." , i find this post https://forum.livehelperchat.com/viewtopic.php?id=1472 , but the option "Use session captcha. LHC have to be installed on the same domain or subdomain." is unchecked. Can anybody help me to solve this issue ?

I requested a chat but seems my invite has not been accepted.
You live chat is offline and I had no issue on send an email.

I need test if the issue is present also when the chat is online.
For now offline form has no issue in your install.
