XMPP - PIDGIN

Hey guys before anything i want to let you know that i look everywhere before asking for help and couldn't figure it out.

I've installed live helper chat here featherflagnation.com/chat/ to use it here featherflagnation.com but when i try to connect to pidgin it is just not connecting.

I'm not sure what is it that i am doing wrong. Can someone please guide me in the right direction to get this to work?

I AM sorry, XMPP configuration is something not very easy and I cannot provide support for that.
I can suggest to look at:
Openfire, Pidgin and Live Helper Chat configuration tutorial

can help some other user.

You can try also the web interface of Live helper chat: is amazing.
In my case I use a browser to manage chats it's like have a software on every computer connected to the Internet smile
also if Pidgin is nice smile
