Hi guys!
My headache is that the chats are being available for more than one operator simultaneously, and it's very confusing more than one operator in one chat... The operator uses the default Windows Client.
Is this a bad configuration or that's the way it is?

Hi marcio.leandro,
welcome in the live helper chat forum and thanks for your interest in the live helper chat open source poject.
You can find the official documentation here:
https://livehelperchat.com/documentation-6c.html
consider that free basic support of the forum will not conver what you can easly find in the documentation or in the FAQ.
Seems to me you are asking without searching or look at the avaiable documentation,
however some userful link:
» FAQ / Guide
» 14 - Give operator right to only see chats from operator's departments
Wish you to have a very great day and time

Hi PeopleInside!
Thanks for help. I deleted "allowopenremotechat" from "operators" role and it's all right now.
Thanks!
