How to change auto response name ?

Hi,

I want change auto response name. I don't find it in System configuration modul and settings.ini.php file.

please help me!

thank you for your question and welcome in the live helper chat forum!

You can change the operator username on the operator profile.
Please open the operator profile on the top right when you are logged in the operator panel.

Thanks PeopleInside for your answer. However i want change Name of chat bot (System configuration/Auto responder) not Operator Username.

Please help.

Auto Responder name cannot be changed.
Sorry I miss this as the screen is not in English, my error.
