Well last LHC version is 2.73 so Cpanel is maybe not updated if you installed the version recently.
What version of PHP are you using?

thank you very much. we checked our cpanel does not support php7. what we are doing is installing it in a centos7 with the php7 version. all good but the wizard is not running. I only see this in the browser smile smile

I AM glad you are trying to use a greather PHP.
Maybe in the Apache is not active the rewrite? You need maybe use Apache + SuPHP or Apache + FASTCGI.

Maybe you do not have mod_rewrite active.

finally I worked what I did was working with debian and lamp with the latest versions of packages. I think in an opportunity they are a guide. to help. Thank you.
