Language by user/operator
Is there a possibility to load the admin area in a language of each user/operator ?
I did not find it.
This will be helpful for me, because one of my operators are only speak German
and I can have it in English for me.

As you can see from the below screen you have two option: one for the operator and other one for general settings.
Just look into your application settings!
