I want to add popup banners

can you help me how to add two changeable chat banners instead of widget , fist banner is viewing when an operator on-line second banner is viewing when all operators are off-line like the attached photo

The live button with the chat status will be a great idea,
unfurtunaly this is not supported at the moment.
