When I login two times as operator with different users on the same pc

When I login two times as operator with different registered users on the same pc, both dashboards are running with the same user of the first logged in.

Why is that scenario not possible ?

I tested on my PC two different browser and logged in with Admin account and operator account and I AM unable to reproduce what you are saying.

Please provide the followed steps.

Please, try it in the same browser in different tabs. (In my case FireFox)

I believe there is the problem.

If you are using two different browsers, than is it logical that you have no problems.

To use two different browser (e.g. FireFox / Chrome) will be a solution, if the two-tabs-solution is not possible.

You cannot log-in in the same browser at the same time.
Did you use the logout function for connect with the second account?

As for the chat you cannot log-in with two different operator on the same browser without do the logout.

As for solution you can:
You can open a new incognito window or use a second browser for the second operator.

All login works in this way not only LHC

Sorry, that I am re-open this issue, but in my opinion the session-handling is not stable.

Now, I am logged out formal correct over the menu and re-login with a other user, but the dashboard is still running under the user of the login from before.

If I am clicking on the menu-point account, than the following form will show the correct user of the last login, but the dashboard is still running under the user of the login from before.

And in FireFox there is a second problem in my installation. If I have two admins for all departments, the existing Pro active chat invitations are only listed at the user, that has created it. The other admin will not see it. In Chrome are both admins be able to see the invitations.
