Voice recognition - English only
In your account settings, the default language is selected in the "Speech" tab.
But when you click on the microphone in the operator's dialogue - writes only in English.
Other languages in the account settings are not selected. There instead of the list of languages - 0 zeros. In dialects - the same way.
Prompt the decision.

I take a look in the Speech tab and the dropdown seems strange to me (all 0 is showed)
so I open an issue on GitHun to the chat owner so they can take a look:
