Hello,
Is there an option to email the visitor when the operator responds to chat?
If one visitor opens the chat, operator might be busy. Then the operator replies to chat but the user might have closed the website. Is it possible to send the email with the content after operator responds?

I think if an operator acept a chat should be avaiable for chat,
if not than should not acept the chat and redirect the user to the contact form (there are a button for do this).
If one visitor opens the chat, operator might be busy. Then the operator replies to chat but the user might have closed the website.
If the visitor left the chat you can send an email to the visitor if an email address has been added from visitor side.
Is it possible to send the email with the content after operator responds?
You can do this manually or are you asking to have chat transcript autosent? Is better is the visitor who decide to send email trascript if there are interested and again no all chat have the email added.
Email can be not mandatory.
There are no function actually for autosend chat transcript.

Thanks for detailed response. I think there should be an option for this. All livechat software have something like this. Hopefully the dev sees this and considers adding this feature.
